At STEGA we offer various payment methods, so you can always pay in the way you like best. Our current payment options are:

How can I track my order?
In your email inbox you will find the track and trace code linked to your order. Simply enter this code together with your postcode on our tracking page and see when your STEGA order will be delivered.
I have a defect, what now?
If you have a defect, we are happy to help you. Please contact our customer service to report the problem. Make sure you have your order number at hand and, if possible, photos or a description of the defect. Our employees will assess the situation and inform you about the next steps, such as repair, replacement or return according to the warranty conditions. We will make sure that you get a solution as soon as possible!
How long is my warranty?
All items you buy from us are covered by a warranty. For (robot) vacuum cleaners, a manufacturer's warranty of 2 years usually applies to the device itself. In addition, there is a separate warranty period for the various components: the batteries have a warranty of 1 year, while the brushes have a shorter warranty, usually 3 months. However, the exact warranty period for brushes can vary depending on the type of brush. With this warranty, we ensure that your products continue to function optimally during the agreed period.
Can I return an item?
You can return an item up to 45 days after purchase. You must register the item for return within 30 days of purchase. You then have 15 days to actually send the item back to us.
How do returns work?

When will I receive my payment back?
If the return meets all conditions, the full order amount will be refunded as soon as possible, at the latest within 7 days after receipt of the return shipment.
